At Luvetto, we take pride in crafting premium, handcrafted leather products made with care, precision, and exceptional attention to detail. Every item is made-to-order to ensure a perfect fit and outstanding quality for each customer.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All Luvetto products are individually handcrafted after an order is placed.
Because of this personalized production process:

  • Cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted once the order enters production.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at info@luvetto.com.

After 48 hours, materials and production begin, and cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only for items that are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged upon arrival

  • Incorrect (wrong style, color, or size sent by mistake)

Please note:
Slight variations in leather color, texture, or finish are normal characteristics of genuine handcrafted leather and are not considered defects.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 14–30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Contact us at info@luvetto.com within 48 hours of delivery with a clear description and photos of the defect or damage.

Luvetto reserves the right to decline returns if the product shows signs of wear, alteration, or misuse.

3. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  • Our support team will email you detailed return instructions.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured courier for safe delivery.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.

4. Refund Method

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., the card used via Stripe).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If an order was shipped with free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer returns or refunds for:

  • Used, worn, or altered items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Made-to-order items without defects

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

6. Exchange Policy

Because every item is custom made, we do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences.

However, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the item with a new one of the same model.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and delivery information when placing an order

  • Ensuring the item is safely packaged for return

  • Paying for return shipping costs
